Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Dallas, TX Onsite
Contract: 6 9 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2)

About the Role

We are looking for a Varicent SPM Architect to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.

This role will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, improve compensation processes, and support the overall Varicent environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, webforms, and other Varicent configurations.
• Integrate Varicent with related business systems, such as CRM and sales planning platforms.
• Automate and optimize sales compensation processes.
• Follow established best practices for solution design, security, coding, and database development.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with project team members throughout implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and configuration challenges.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and solution specifications.
• Provide training and support to business users and other stakeholders on Varicent functionality.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM / Sales Performance Management (SPM).
• Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Varicent solutions.
• Strong understanding of data models, workflows, integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with CRM, sales planning, or other enterprise business systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile project environment is a plus.
