Healdsburg Unified is seeking candidates for Varsity Boys Baseball Head Coach for Spring 2026. This sport is included in the Spring 2026 season, with the stipend being paid at the conclusion of the season.

JOB SUMMARY: Knowledge of fundamentals and coaching techniques; ability to motivate student; work with parents and community; organizational and leadership skills; and commitment to development of sportsmanship in players and coaches. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, CPR certificate, First Aid Certificate, Tuberculosis Test (negative results) and a valid Class C California Driver's License. Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate (ASCC). CIF Certificate required for HHS level coaches. HUSD Fingerprint Live Scan and subsequent receipt of Department of Justice clearance required post offer/pre-employment.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong leadership in player development, sportsmanship, integrity and character development. Qualified candidates should also possess strong communication and organization skills.
