Milton-Union High School is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Varsity Boys Tennis Head Coach.
We are looking for a passionate leader who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while fostering a positive, competitive, and educational athletic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of the varsity boys tennis program.
- Developing student-athletes'' skills, character, and sportsmanship.
- Building positive relationships with players, parents, staff, and the administration
- Maintaining compliance with all school, conference, Ohio High School Athletic Association, and state regulations.
- Promoting academic success and responsible citizenship among student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, strategy, and player development.
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead student-athletes.
- Must meet all coaching certification, background check, and pupil activity permit requirements established by the State of Ohio and the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
