The Varsity Head Football Coach will be responsible for oversight and instruction for the Waupaca football program. Coaching candidates will be expected to have advanced knowledge of the game and clearly communicate with student athletes and coaches. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to coach and motivate players to always improve. Teaching skills, technique and team concepts will be valued alongside instilling character traits that will transform our student athletes to become high character young adults.
