We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our Indoor Track Coach for the upcoming Winter season and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing our student-athletes, while promoting a culture of sportsmanship, integrity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive track program that emphasizes skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Plan and conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on physical conditioning, skill drills, and competition preparation.
- Evaluate and select players for the team, ensuring a fair and inclusive tryout process.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and character development.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and the broader community.
