Evansville Community School District is a PreK-12 District located in historic Evansville, Wisconsin. The Middle School Pom & Dance Coach will provide leadership and oversee the Middle School Pom & Dance Program. Candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to the Evansville Community School District and its student participants while exhibiting exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will foster positive relationships with students, families, and the community, while teaching dance technique, performance skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive and inclusive environment. Coaches will be expected to motivate students to grow as performers, leaders, and individuals, emphasizing character, responsibility, confidence, and commitment. A strong focus will be placed on creating a positive experience for every participant while serving as a positive ambassador for the Evansville Pom & Dance Program.
