Varsity Softball Coach

Position Title: Southern Wells Varsity Softball Head Coach

Duties Include:

Preparing the varsity team to be competitive at the varsity level. This would include the preparation of team and individual scouting reports.

Developing individual player skills and incorporating them into the competitive team concept.

Establishing both short and long term goals for the girl's softball program that includes player and coaches development at the high school,junior high, and elementary levels.

Maintaining and communicating team and player accomplishments/statistics with both local and state media outlets.

Preferred Skills:

Coaching experience at the high school level.

Communication skills needed to convey expectations with players and parents.

Collaboratively working with the school administration to ensure that student athletes are well represented on the court and in the community.

Education/Training:
