Are you an experienced Vascular Access Nurse in the Pensacola area looking for greater flexibility and earning potential?

We are seeking highly autonomous PICC specialists to join our mobile vascular access team covering Pensacola and the surrounding area.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for experienced nurses who want control over their workload and the opportunity to earn more based on their personal initiative.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Average Annual Earnings: $90,000–$100,000

• Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped)

• Flexible Case Volume: Case volume fluctuates naturally from day to day.

Coverage Area

Primary Territory: Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, and surrounding communities.

This field-based position requires travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient sites throughout the territory.

Candidates should ideally reside within or directly adjacent to the coverage area.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver specialized vascular access services with an emphasis on first-stick success.

• Perform PICC line insertions across multiple healthcare settings.

• Operate independently as the vascular access clinical expert on-site.

• Collaborate with healthcare facility teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory based on case demand.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida RN License.

• Credentials: PICC Certification highly preferred.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

• Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the Pensacola territory.

• Mindset: Strong clinical confidence, accountability, reliability, and an independent work ethic.
