Position Overview
Community Care Physicians and Vascular Health Partners are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a nationally recognized, physician-led vascular surgery program in New Yorks Capital Region.
This is an opportunity to join a high-volume, collaborative vascular practice offering comprehensive vascular care including both open and endovascular procedures. The practice emphasizes innovation, physician autonomy, and work-life balance within a multispecialty medical group structure. (Community Care Physicians)
Practice Highlights
Established vascular surgery practice with nearly 25,000 vascular procedures performed over the past two decades in the Capital Region. (Community Care Physicians)
Broad case mix including:
Peripheral artery disease
Carotid disease
Aortic aneurysms
Venous disease
Dialysis access
Limb salvage
Exposure to advanced endovascular and minimally invasive vascular techniques.
Office-based and hospital-based procedural opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Expertise in both open and endovascular procedures preferred
Strong interest in patient-centered, team-based care
