Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to provide comprehensive vascular surgery services in a hospital-based setting. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders while delivering high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders.
  • Perform comprehensive vascular surgery consultations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment recommendations.
  • Perform vascular surgical procedures within granted clinical privileges.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
  • Manage both inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery consultations.
  • Review patient medical histories, diagnostic studies, and imaging results.
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options and post-procedure care.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including consultation notes, progress notes, operative reports, and patient evaluations using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Board Certification in Vascular Surgery.
  • Current DEA registration (if applicable).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Eligible to complete facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fellowship training in Vascular Surgery.
  • Experience performing both open and endovascular vascular procedures.
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience practicing in a hospital-based multidisciplinary environment.
