Job Description

Contractor shall provide onsite Board Certified Vascular Surgeon physician staffing services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center.

Annual Training Requirements

  • VA, 10176, VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior
  • VA, 10203, Privacy and HIPAA Training

Occupational Health Testing

  • MMR vaccine or titer
  • Hep B vaccine or titer
  • Varicella vaccine or titer
  • TB skin test, bloodwork, or Chest X-ray
  • Flu shot

Schedule Notes

VA Business Hours: Regularly scheduled business hours for outpatient services are Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm; Operating Room (OR) Team Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 am 3:30 pm.
OR Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm.
