Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led, multi-specialty health-care system, is currently in search of a board certified/board eligible Vascular Surgeon. Candidates open to both inpatient and outpatient services and proficient with minimally invasive vascular techniques, open vascular surgery, dialysis access, and vascular lab interpretation are encouraged to pursue this opportunity.

Join our team of two Vascular Surgeons and two APPs who work together with cardiologists, radiologists, neurosurgeons, and many other specialist to provide complete care. Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment, offering a value-based practice model with a diversified patient base, competitive salary, and benefits.  

Practice Details:

• Organized, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
• Large primary care providing strong referral base
• 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient
• 1:3 call rotation – every 3^rd day and every 3^rd weekend
• Approximately 300 – 400 cases per year
• System wide EPIC EMR
