THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join one of Southern Arizona's largest multi-specialty groups more than 100 providers as a new vascular surgery service line. You'll be the founding vascular surgeon within a multispecialty cardiology group that already includes experienced interventional cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and advanced heart valve disease specialists. The referral infrastructure is built; the OR is ready. This is your chance to build a vascular practice from the ground up with a hybrid OR, a newly built vascular surgery suite, and strong institutional backing.
PRACTICE DETAILS
Full-time employed position
12 days in clinic, 34 days in OR and inpatient rounding
Weekday and weekend call coverage
State-of-the-art hybrid OR and newly built vascular surgery OR
Dedicated practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
Robust referral base from cardiology, primary care, and the broader multi-specialty network

REQUIREMENTS
MD or DO from accredited institution
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
3+ years of post-training experience preferred
Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
