Title: Vault Associate
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Location: North Kingstown, RI 02852
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vault Associate to support inventory control, quality assurance, and vault operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product integrity, and supporting workflow between the Vault, Production, Product Fulfillment, and Product Delivery departments.
Candidates must have a stable work history, strong attention to detail, and experience with inventory management and documentation. Individuals with frequent job changes and limited tenure may not be considered.
Job Description
• Pull, count, and prepare inventory for Production using pull sheets
• Perform mid-day rush requests and priority inventory pulls
• Pull and count inventory for daily customer service shipment requests
• Verify lot numbers and inventory accuracy when transferring stock
• Update inventory records and transactions within the JAAMS system
• Inspect inventory trays and maintain organized storage areas
• Label and document inventory counts accurately
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and problem resolution
• Retrieve replacement inventory using established tracking logs
• Learn and perform JAAMS inventory management procedures
• Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
• Perform inventory remakes and adjustments to maintain accurate real-time inventory
• Stock supplies and maintain organized workstations
• Assist with rush orders and special requests
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or materials management experience
• Experience performing inventory counts, cycle counts, or inventory reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using inventory tracking systems or databases preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
Additional Requirements
• Ability to stand, sit, reach, pull, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work in a moderate-noise production environment
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
