Job Summary

Join our team in Denver, CO, a vibrant city known for its stunning Rocky Mountain backdrop, thriving cultural scene, and dynamic outdoor lifestyle. We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with the management and organization of our data vault operations.

Responsibilities

  • Scan tapes out of the secure base system and package them into boxes for data management vault relocation.
  • File customer media in and out of slots and cycle containers to and from shelves in the company vaults.
  • Complete and maintain all records and forms related to receiving and releasing customer data, including filing vault paperwork.
  • Utilize production tracking software for inputting and tracking all media/container processing and payroll hours.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • One year of past work experience in a service industry and/or a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers via telephone and read/verify groups of numbers continuously during shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
  • Able to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and a DOT physical.
  • Experience in a service industry is preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Compensation

Pay: $22-$24 per hour
