The responsibilities of the Virtual Design & Construction Co-op will vary from project to project but generally would include some or all of the following:

What You Will Do:

• Work in some or all of the following platforms:
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Lumion
• Tekla
• Navisworks
• Recap
• Synchro Pro
• ArchiCAD
• Microstation
• Rhino
• 3DS Max
• Adobe CS
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Products (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Working with project teams, business development, estimating, safety, and building systems group departments to develop:
• Site and building layouts
• 3D site logistics plans
• Building models and 3D mock-ups
• 3D prints
• Safe plans of work
• 4D schedules
• Laser scan/point cloud integration
• Augmented/ Virtual Reality models and visualizations
• Document control
• Quality control
• Research and Development

What You Will Bring:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree required. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural related program with a focus on construction processes/industry/delivery methods/building information modeling/virtual design and construction preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must have experience with 3D modeling software.
