Job Title: VDC Engineer - Reality Capture

Location: On-Site Project Based

Company: The Bold Company - National Power & Industrial

Anticipated Salary Range: $67,000 - $85,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Travel-based compensation and per diem

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. We are seeking a VDC Engineer - Reality Capture to join our growing Integrated Project Technology team, supporting cutting-edge energy and solar projects across the country.

This is not a traditional VDC role. You'll be at the leading edge of construction technology, working hands-on in the field to capture and analyze project data using one of the most advanced mobile scanning systems in the industry. You'll travel to active job sites, perform reality capture scanning, and help translate complex data into actionable insights that drive quality, safety, and performance across our projects.

If you're an early-career engineer or construction professional who is curious about emerging technology, energized by problem-solving, and excited to work in a highly collaborative, fast-evolving environment-this role offers a unique opportunity to specialize in a rapidly growing area of construction. At Boldt, we believe in being Better Together, and you'll be supported by a team that invests in your development while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction innovation.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,000 - $85,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
