The VDC Manager will oversee BIM and VDC operations, technology implementation, model coordination, and digital construction workflows acrosstheorganization.Thisrolewillserveasakeyresourceforprojectteams,ensuringtheeffectiveuseofBIMsoftware,clashdetection,model-basedcoordination,andinterofficecollaboration.

Description

• Lead andmanageBIM/VDCstrategiesandworkflowsacrossmultipleprojectsandconstructionsectors.
• SupportandmanageBIMandVDCproductionoperationswhilefosteringcollaborationamongIT,office,andprojectteams.
• Overseemodelcoordination,clashdetection,constructabilityreviews,anddigitalprojectdelivery.
• Providetechnicalleadership,training,andsupportforBIM/VDCsoftwareandbestpractices.
• EstablishandmaintainBIMstandards,executionplans,andqualitycontrolprocedures.
• Collaboratewithprojectmanagers,fieldteams,architects,engineers,owners,andsubcontractorstoenhanceprojectoutcomes.

Profile

• Minimum 5-8yearsofprojectexperience,includingsupervisoryresponsibilities,asaProjectEngineer,ProjectManager,VDC/BIMManager,orequivalentrole.
• Extensiveknowledgeandhands-onsupportexperiencewithindustry-standardsoftware,including: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad, Other BIM/VDCplatformsandcoordinationtools
• StrongunderstandingofBIMimplementation,modelcoordination,constructiondocumentation,anddigitalprojectdelivery.
• Provenabilitytoleadteamsandsupportcross-functionalcollaboration.
• Excellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
• Experienceacrossmultipleconstructionsectorsishighlydesirable.
• Bilingual
