Job Description
VDC Manager
The VDC Manager will oversee BIM and VDC operations, technology implementation, model coordination, and digital construction workflows across the organization. This role will serve as a key resource for project teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM software, clash detection, model-based coordination, and interoffice collaboration.
Lead and manage BIM/VDC strategies and workflows across multiple projects and construction sectors.
Support and manage BIM and VDC production operations while fostering collaboration among IT, office, and project teams.
Oversee model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and digital project delivery.
Provide technical leadership, training, and support for BIM/VDC software and best practices.
Establish and maintain BIM standards, execution plans, and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to enhance project outcomes.

The successful applicant will have:
Minimum 5-8 years of project experience, including supervisory responsibilities, as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, VDC/BIM Manager, or equivalent role.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on support experience with industry-standard software, including: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad, Other BIM/VDC platforms and coordination tools
Strong understanding of BIM implementation, model coordination, construction documentation, and digital project delivery.
Proven ability to lead teams and support cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience across multiple construction sectors is highly desirable.
