Configure system settings workflows user access reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance and reliability. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Develop innovative solutions to complex business and system challenges. Evaluate and improve processes policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal and external users. Provide guidance and leadership on best practices for Veeva platform administration. Manage multiple projects and priorities while working independently.This is a full-time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Associate degree Bachelors degree technical certification or equivalent experience. 6 years of experience in business systems administration application support or related roles. Hands-on experience administering and supporting Veeva applications. Strong knowledge of Veeva configuration Workflow management User administration Reporting and analytics Application troubleshooting and support Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on system improvements and business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Life Sciences Pharmaceuticals Biotechnology Healthcare Medical Device or other regulated industries. Knowledge of compliance-driven business processes and system governance.
