5–8 years of experience providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite applications
Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including proposal, process engineering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Experience with application design and development using Salesforce Apex and Salesforce configurations
Experience with Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration
Experience with Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva OpenData, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage, or Veeva Events Management
Experience managing large projects and Salesforce-based implementations
Cloud implementation experience is a plus
Experience with data migration and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira
Scrum Master certification is a plus
Experience with REST web services and messaging/streaming solutions
Knowledge of AJAX and JavaScript is desirable
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests from customers
Coordinate with the support team on current issues and initiate problem management activities
Serve as the onsite technical lead and guide offshore teams on technical aspects
Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Prepare and maintain application-related documentation, including SOPs, operational instructions, and user manuals
