Vegetation Control Technician
We are seeking a Vegetation Control Technician to join our team. This role involves managing vegetation control for our commercial clients, ensuring landscapes are maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate must be certified in Core and Category 6 Right-of-Way and Weed Control to perform weed spraying duties effectively and safely.

Requirements
The ability to walk for long periods of time Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds The capacity to work independently or with a lawn care crew The ability to identify common weeds of Michigan The ability to operate and care for assigned equipment Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism quality and performance Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals Able to bend squat and lift for long periods of time Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time Certification in Core and Category 6 Right-of-Way and Weed Control A valid Michigan chauffeurs license or the ability to obtain one Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate Strong attention to detail and safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills
