About the Role

This Vehicle Acquisition Specialist position is a proactive automotive sales and business-development role. You will find vehicle owners, create appraisal opportunities, negotiate purchases, and help build the pre-owned inventory our customers want.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect vehicle sellers through calls, texts, digital leads, dealership databases, and service-drive opportunities
• Respond to valuation requests and schedule appraisal appointments
• Gather vehicle condition, mileage, history, ownership, and payoff information
• Coordinate competitive purchase values with dealership management
• Present offers, negotiate professionally, and follow up with undecided sellers
• Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, appointments, offers, and follow-ups
• Succeed as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist by meeting weekly and monthly acquisition goals

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, customer service, business development, or automotive experience preferred
• Confidence making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and dealership systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work on-site in Shawnee, Kansas
