Responsibilities:- Monitor parking lots and streets to identify vehicles in violation of parking regulations.
- Install and remove vehicle boots in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with vehicle owners regarding booting procedures and fees.
- Document all booting activities accurately for record-keeping.
- Assist in resolving disputes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and towing companies as necessary.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local laws.
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have a dependable vehicle to perform this job.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or parking enforcement is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
