High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and dispatch/tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Receive and process service requests, customer orders, and scheduling needs.
Assign and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel based on availability and location.
Monitor schedules, routes, and job progress to ensure timely completion.
Communicate updates, changes, and instructions to team members and customers.
Track vehicles, equipment, and service activities using dispatch software.
Handle delays, emergencies, and operational issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
