Vehicle Finish & Delivery Specialist

Full-Time | $20–$24/hour, depending on experience

Automotive Reflections Collision Center is looking for a dependable, motivated Vehicle Finish & Delivery Specialist to join our team.

This position is responsible for putting the finishing touches on repaired vehicles and making sure they are clean, polished, and ready to return to our customers. We are looking for someone with automotive detailing experience who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for quality.

Sand and buff experience is a big plus.

What You'll Do

- Complete interior and exterior detailing of repaired vehicles

- Perform sand and buff work as needed

- Polish repaired panels and remove minor paint imperfections

- Prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery

- Perform a final visual check for cleanliness and overall appearance

- Move and stage vehicles throughout the shop

- Help keep the detail and production areas clean and organized

- Assist the body and paint departments when detailing work is caught up

- Help with basic paint prep, vehicle disassembly/reassembly, parts checking, or other production needs as trained

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred

- Sand and buff experience strongly preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Dependable and able to work independently

- Willing to help the team where needed

- Takes pride in producing quality work

- Interested in learning and developing additional automotive skills

- Valid driver's license

Pay

$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Experience with professional detailing, sand and buff, paint preparation, or collision repair will be considered when determining starting pay.
