Description

AsaVehicle Installation Specialist for an exciting rapid growth AVO company,youarethefinal stepof making sure our hardware and technology is installed correctly.In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, mounting, and validating hardware components on vehicles while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to established processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented work instructions with precision.

Great Pay - $30-$40/Hr. **based on experience
  • You will be offered a W2 (employee) contract, complete with employment benefits including:

  • Payments are processed weekly on Fridays, accounting for the previous Monday to Sunday week.
  • Training will be 9-5 and most likely for a couple weeks
  • Available Shifts
    AM: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday
    PM: 2:00PM-10:30PM, Monday-Friday

Core Responsibilities

· Execute documented installation procedures and work instructions on assigned vehicles.

· Mount, align, and secure component groups according to engineering specifications.

· Route wiring harnesses, connect electrical components, and ensure proper cable management.

· Perform system power-up procedures and validate hardware functionality.

· Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the installation process.

· Accurately document completed work and communicate any issues to supervisors or engineering teams.

· Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows without deviation.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and reporting concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with hardware assembly, installation, or mechanical work.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around vehicles throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with wire harnesses, connectors, cable management, and strain relief techniques.
  • Experience reading wiring diagrams, schematics, or electrical drawings.
  • Experience performing continuity testing and quality inspections.
  • Understanding of basic electrical principles and low-voltage systems.
