Hansel Ford of Napa is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicle inventory is efficiently processed, merchandised, and ready for sale.

Pay Range

The Vehicle Inventory Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $21.00.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and check in new vehicle inventory
• Coordinate movement of vehicles between sales and service/reconditioning
• Maintain an organized and presentable lot
• Ensure Buyers Guides and window stickers are properly displayed
• Track inventory status and maintain accurate records
• Assist in preparing used vehicles for retail display

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and be active throughout the day
• Previous automotive or inventory experience is a plus, but not required

Team & Structure: This role will work closely with the Sales Director and Shop Foreman to ensure inventory readiness.
