Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists
The Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region. Hybrid – ability to work remotely one day per week at a Manheim location within theNorth Region (see attached map)
Job Requirements:
Required:
- 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail including precise data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.
Preferred:
- Some college education
- 1+ years' experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
- 1+ years' experience in sales or call center
