Job Description

This is a journeyman-level automotive maintenance and repair work. The duties involve the application of modern repair methods to the maintenance of light to heavy gasoline and diesel automotive equipment.

STARTING HOURLY PAY: $14.21 p/h MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Two (2) years of experience as a vehicle shop mechanic working on engine drivetrain and/or Automotive Technology Associates One (1) year experience in the use of various electronic diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license Must meet City's insurability requirements Other Conditions: Must pass a background check
