Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers for our Westlake operation in Jacksonville, Florida.This is an active, hands-on outdoor general labor position where you will drive and organize vehicles throughout a large automotive facility. You'll spend your shift moving between vehicles, walking throughout the property, and working with your team to keep daily operations moving.No previous vehicle processing experience is required. We provide paid training!Candidates with experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, automotive, delivery, or other outdoor jobs are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoAs a Vehicle Shuttle Driver, you will help safely move and organize vehicles throughout the customer facility.Responsibilities include:Safely drive vehicles to designated locationsPark vehicles according to customer instructionsFollow assigned driving routes and parking proceduresAssist with vehicle inventory and organizationEnter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shiftWork around moving vehicles, equipment, and pedestriansCommunicate with supervisors and team membersFollow all company and customer safety proceduresHelp the team meet daily production goalsVehicles are driven only within the customer facility and are not operated on public roads.Work Outside and Stay ActiveThis is not an indoor warehouse job.
