Position: Assembly Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

HTI is hiring Assembly Operators at Velux in Greenwood, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Assemble products and components by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

Pay (all shifts): $16.00/hr

1st Shift

• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday

2nd Shift

• 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Monday – Thursday

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
