**What You'll Do**
+ Lead and develop a frontline team of 15-20 drivers, providing day-to-day operational guidance and accountability
+ Build and sustain strong client relationships, proactively identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement
+ Oversee route execution and vending replenishment to ensure consistent service levels across all locations
+ Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action to maintain performance standards
+ Partner with the Distribution Manager to align frontline execution with broader operational goals
+ Flex schedule as needed to support employees across early morning and morning shifts, including potential swing shift coverage

**What You Bring**
+ Proven experience in frontline or field operations management, ideally within vending, food service, or a related route-based environment
+ Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
+ Customer and client relationship orientation with excellent communication skills
+ Flexibility to adapt to a varied schedule supporting union employees across multiple shifts
+ Experience working within unionized environments preferred
+ A growth mindset and interest in building a career within a global organization
