We're looking for an experienced Vending Sales and Operation's Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and strengthen customer partnerships.

In this role, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, coach and develop team members, manage customer and supplier relationships, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional results. If you're a passionate leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and creating winning customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of successful sales, sales management, or customer service experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Experience with consumable products, beverage distribution, or related industries preferred
  • Proven ability to drive results, develop talent, and build strong customer relationships

Base Compensation:

Annual Salary

$70,000 - $95,000

Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):

Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
