Job Details

As a Vendor Compliance Admin, you will play a crucial role ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position is a blend of administrative tasks, vendor management, and compliance monitoring. You will be working closely with various teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage vendor compliance activities to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with various teams and vendors to resolve any compliance issues and improve processes.
3. Maintain vendor management system and ensure all vendor information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance and identify any potential risks.
5. Develop and implement vendor compliance programs and policies.
6. Provide training and guidance to the team on vendor compliance matters.
7. Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
8. Manage and resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
10. Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate vendor contracts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, or a similar role.
3. Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platform is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
