Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Vendor Coordinator. This role will support vendor management activities, purchasing operations, and administrative processes while partnering closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Purchasing Manager in qualifying and maintaining all current vendors
Qualify new vendors and manage annual vendor qualification renewals
Enter, update, and maintain vendor information and documentation within SAP
Assist with the creation and maintenance of vendor performance ratings
Participate in quarterly vendor review meetings with division directors and update vendor ratings accordingly
Manage vendors related to corporate office supplies and shipping services
Act as the main point of contact for vendor account representatives regarding operational issues, contract updates, pricing changes, and service matters
Monitor purchasing budgets and track overall spend related to office supplies and shipping
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
SAP experience preferred, but not required
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Benefits Package
Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (Final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)
