IT Vendor Management Analyst - 100% Remote

Position Summary

The IT Vendor Manager will oversee strategic technology vendor relationships supporting enterprise applications, cloud services, customer support platforms, and digital modernization initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure successful delivery, contract compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors, consulting partners, and SaaS providers

• Coordinate vendor performance, service delivery, issue resolution, and escalations

• Track SLAs, KPIs, contract obligations, and vendor performance metrics

• Partner with IT leadership, procurement, legal, and business stakeholders on vendor governance

• Support software renewals, contract negotiations, and budgeting activities

• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, reduce risk, and optimize costs

• Coordinate vendor participation across enterprise technology initiatives and system implementations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Vendor Management, IT Procurement, Technology Program Management, or Strategic Sourcing experience

• Experience managing enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS vendors

• Strong understanding of IT contracts, SLAs, licensing, and vendor governance

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working within complex enterprise technology environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, or customer experience solutions

• PMP, ITIL, or Certified Vendor Management credentials are a plus
