LOCATION Carrollton, TX | Hybrid

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $25–$28/hour

• Mon - Fri regular business hours (between 7am-6pm)

• Hybrid schedule - will work on site at least 1 day per week

ROLE IMPACT

The Vendor Management Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to support reporting and business decisions. This role manages vendor-related tasks and portfolios, identifies performance or compliance issues, and helps drive assignments through completion. Success requires strong time management, reporting, and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for data analysis, forecasting, and business review.

• Manage portfolios, tasks, and assignments through completion, including sourcing and assigning vendors when needed.

• Respond to client, vendor, and customer requests via phone, email, portal, or fax; provide process training as needed.

• Conduct audits of vendor, client, and company performance, contractual compliance, and applicable state and federal requirements; communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.

• Research solutions, escalate issues, approve items within assigned authority, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of vendor management experience.

• Some college coursework or equivalent relevant experience.

• Strong time management, reporting, and data analysis skills with intermediate to advanced Excel and/or Power BI proficiency.

• Experience with forecasting, auditing, quality assurance, or compliance reporting.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and task management skills.
