Description
This position involves overseeing the full lifecycle of vendor management operations in a bustling Chicago environment. 
The role requires managing onboarding, validation, and offboarding processes, while ensuring adherence to staffing standards. 
Candidates should be proficient in using enterprise management systems and have a strong background in vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle processes.
Coordinate vendor workforce validation and offboarding actions.
Maintain an inventory of vendor engagements and ensure compliance.
Organize vendor performance data and support governance activities.
Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7 years of experience in vendor management or procurement operations.
Experience with audit and compliance processes.
Proficiency in enterprise systems like project management and collaboration tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
