What you’ll do
- Request supplier quotes for MRP-generated needs and items requested by Engineering or other teams.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing that deliver value and favorable conditions.
- Create, track, and manage POs so goods and services arrive on time.
- Apply MRP know-how to sequence purchases in line with production priorities.
- Fix delivery delays, pricing mismatches, invoice issues, and quality problems quickly.
- Jump in on additional tasks to support evolving business needs.
What you bring
- High school diploma.
- Preferred: 5 years of manufacturing purchasing experience.
- Clear, confident communicator and strong negotiator.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement software; comfortable analyzing data and acting on it.
- Detail-first mindset with excellent organization.
- Thrives both independently and as part of a team.
