A leading venture capital firm or corporate venture team may seek a Venture Deal Coordinator to support deal origination, manage the investment pipeline, and assist senior investment professionals in executing early-stage investments. Support the sourcing and evaluation of early-stage investment opportunities
Maintain and manage the venture deal pipeline, tracking status, milestones, and next steps
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sector benchmarking for potential investments
Assist in preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, and due diligence materials
Coordinate meetings, calls, and documentation with founders, investors, and internal deal teams
Support transaction execution, including data room management and initial term sheet review
Collaborate with senior investment professionals to monitor portfolio and potential follow-on opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with founders and investors

Prior internship or experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup operations is highly beneficial
