What This Role Is

The Venture Scout role is designed for individuals with strong access to:

• Founders

• Startup operators

• Technical builders

• Early-stage teams

As a Scout, you help identify and refer high-quality founders and startups into the Initio Capital ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As a Venture Scout, you will:

• Identify and refer promising founders and early-stage startups

• Introduce teams aligned with venture-backed outcomes

• Leverage your network across startups, accelerators, universities, and ecosystems

• Submit referrals through Initio’s platform

• Participate in upside when referred companies are accepted and funded

There are no quotas — activity is flexible and self-directed.

How You Earn

Venture Scouts earn through:

• Cash referral commissions on successful introductions

• Long-term upside via carry participation (for select deals)

• Performance-based incentives tied to founder success

Earnings scale with the quality and volume of referrals.
