The Venue & Event Assistant supports the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue, client communication, and on-site event execution. This role is both administrative and hands-on, involving client tours, email communication, event-day support, and venue preparation. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
The mission of Lowell Observatory is to pursue the study of astronomy, especially the study of our solar system and its evolution; to conduct pure research in astronomical phenomena; and to maintain quality public education and outreach programs to bring the results of astronomical research to the general public.
