VES - General Med - NP - Clear Lake, IA

Location: Clear Lake, IA
Schedule: 1 day per week
Office: PRN — no office of your own required. You will work out of an already-established clinic in Clear Lake, IA and treat veterans on site. Ideally you live within 25 miles of Clear Lake, IA.

VES - Veterans Evaluation Services - a private contractor hired by the US Veterans Affairs to conduct medical disability examinations. These exams—often called Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams—help the VA determine service connection and disability ratings for veterans. They are hiring OHC to fill 1 day per week in Clear Lake, IA for a General Medicine Nurse Practitioner.

This process consists of OHC finding a PRN provider to work out of a medical office in Clear Lake, IA. The specific clinic location is disclosed once acceptance and credentialing is completed. You do not need an office of your own for this location.

• All items listed as presentation, must be in the presentation for them to look at the candidate.
• All Presentations need to have address they are coming from as they have to live in with certain Radius of the city listed.
• Items that are listed as credentialing are due within 3 days of being accepted (this is a Nonnegotiable process)
  • Online training link sent directly to provider after credentialing approves application (approx. 8-10 hrs. of compensated training) MUST be completed within 7 business days – if not they will be deactivating the provider
    • This is paid – we bill $450 for this training
  • Scheduling the provider happens after all trainings and credentialing is completed
    • Virtual pre-Exam orientation and 1^st exams are scheduled
