Job Description
This is a contracted appointment that may last up to two years in duration. Paid internships occur throughout the State of Michigan.
Assist the Strategic Impact Officer in administrative duties to include data entry & compiling, coordinating, booking of training for employees & interns, scheduling events as appropriate, drafting agendas, and creating meeting minutes. Accumulate data and start draft reports, generate agendas, meeting minutes, update data bases, assist with drafting Power-point presentations, drafting invitations to trainings and sending the email, scheduling and maintaining the training database. Coordinate training evaluations, compile information for reports, assist with maintaining and updating the internal EEO web page. Other administrative and support duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Preferred Education:
Education typically acquired through completion of high school.
Preferred Experience:
Two years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including one year equivalent to 6-level administrative support experience.
