Formal training, vocational/technical education, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Mechanical training, aptitude, or equipment maintenance experience (required)
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Willingness to support, guide, and share knowledge with others
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading, training, or coordinating a small team
High‑speed manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated production experience
Military occupational experience in maintenance, operations, logistics, engineering, or production roles
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (military education and training fully recognized)
