The Role
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient flow, outstanding client service, and team alignment.
- Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and coach staff; manage labor budgets and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
- Oversee budgeting and P&L performance; manage revenue cycle, billing accuracy, and accounts receivable.
- Implement and refine SOPs, workflows, and quality controls to elevate efficiency and care standards.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Guide marketing and community outreach; oversee website and social channels; strengthen brand reputation.
- Monitor client feedback and reviews; resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, including OSHA standards, record accuracy, confidentiality, and proper waste handling.
- Optimize technology and practice software; train users and coordinate with IT support.
- Partner closely with veterinarians to deliver high-quality medicine and a cohesive client experience.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site service operations.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, P&L oversight, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and client service skills.
- Proficiency with practice management software and data-driven decision-making.
- CVPM, CVBL, or a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work full-time with occasional evening or weekend needs; comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- License to practice in New York and eligibility to work in the United States.
