We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead a veterinary hospital in the Boston area. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated veterinarian who is passionate about delivering exceptional care while mentoring and supporting a growing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and provide medical and surgical treatment for companion animals, primarily dogs and cats
- Deliver high-quality preventive, medical, dental, and surgical care
- Collaborate with referring veterinarians and internal clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
- Support hospital operations alongside the Regional Operations Manager and Hospital Manager
- Mentor and help develop veterinary and support staff in a collaborative team environment
- Participate in continuing education, training, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient care
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting
- Eligible to obtain a Boston Veterinary License
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
