A well-established, highly regarded small animal and exotics practice in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a motivated Veterinarian to join its growing team. Located in one of the most desirable communities in the Tulsa metro area, this hospital is known for its compassionate care, strong client relationships, and high clinical standards.

You'll work alongside two experienced veterinarians in a modern, fully equipped facility offering medical, surgical, dental, and exotic animal care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career development in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals and exotics
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and patients
Collaborate closely with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (rotational 1 in 3-4 Saturdays)

Balanced full-time schedule (30+ hours qualifies for full benefits)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $110,000-$130,000 (DOE)
$100,000 welcome bonus
20% ProSal production bonus (no negative accrual)
3 weeks PTO + public holidays

About You

DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed or eligible for Oklahoma veterinary licensure
