We’re intentionally building a structure that allows our doctors
to focus on medicine, because walk-in veterinary care can be fast-paced and
unpredictable, and we believe that challenge is best handled as a team, not
alone. We provide:
- A seasoned *Emotional Support Human *(Hospital Manager) who
keeps the day running smoothly and brings the right mix of wit, sarcasm, and
humor to keep things grounded
- A Managing DVM who leads by example and is driven by golden outcomes for
patients
- Fellow Associate DVMs who collaborate openly, sharing perspectives and
treatment recommendations in a low-ego environment
- Dedicated Veterinary Assistants assigned to each DVM to keep workflow
efficient and focused
- An LVT with a passion for independently leading dental procedures
- 3–4 CSRs to support steady client flow and strong communication
- An established Inventory Manager to ensure you have what you need, when you
need it
- A Hospital Attendant to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently
